Orlando City offers a complete development pyramid from youth to pro. The same philosophy of play that govern the professional side are employed throughout the youth system, ensuring all Orlando City teams play a fluid entertaining brand of soccer based on possession of the ball and high levels of technical skill. This style of play is overseen by the Orlando City Head Coach, and allows for a fully integrated club structure.
